Vladyslav Didyk

I build software that grows with the people who use it.

I'm Vladyslav Didyk. I build websites, apps, and the systems behind them. 6+ years writing software, 10+ years in tech — I started at IBM Israel at 19, and from 2023 to 2026 I built EntryCall's web, mobile and TV apps, between Toronto and Petah Tikva.

My story so far.

2015 — 2019 · IBM Israel · Petah Tikva

I started at IBM at 19.

Not as a developer — as a Bid Manager at IBM Israel, running the bid process for $40M in yearly revenue across IBM, Lenovo, and partner companies. I spent more than four years there, learning to work with every kind of team, own the outcome, and deliver on a deadline. Skills that turned out to matter just as much as code.

2015 — 2019 · Open University of Israel

And studying in parallel.

From 2015 to 2019, while the day job at IBM ran at full speed, I was also earning a B.A. in Economics and Management at the Open University of Israel — evenings, weekends, and the hours in between. I graduated in 2019, right as the itch to build software became impossible to ignore.

2020 — 2021 · ITC · Tel Aviv

Then I pivoted into building.

In 2020 I joined ITC — the Israel Tech Challenge — and spent a year turning a side interest in office automations into real production software. That's where the second half of my career started.

2021 — 2023 · Goodi · Tel Aviv

Two years modernizing an aging platform.

At Goodi I joined the 10-person team behind Israel's third-largest business food provider. I looked after their older codebase — cleaning it up, speeding it up, fixing production bugs — while leading the build of a brand-new reporting dashboard that replaced years of manual Excel work. The right kind of hard.

2023 — 2026 · EntryCall · Toronto ↔ Petah Tikva

Then three years building EntryCall.

I was the lead developer for all of the company's apps: the web platform that residents and property managers use every day, the iPhone and Android app, live video calling to the front door, and even the camera system that reads license plates and opens the gate. Toronto and Petah Tikva, in roughly equal measure.

Where I've worked.

EntryCall

Full-Stack Developer · Sep 2023 — Aug 2026

Lead developer for all of the company's apps. I built the web platform that residents and property managers use every day, shipped the iPhone and Android app, added live video calling to the front door, and built a camera system that reads license plates and opens the parking gate on its own.

Goodi

Full Stack Developer · Jun 2021 — Jun 2023

Worked in a 10-person team on the platform behind Israel's third-largest business food provider. I looked after the older codebase — speed, stability, and bug fixes — and led the build of a new reporting dashboard that replaced years of manual Excel work.

IBM

Bid Manager · Aug 2015 — Dec 2019

Joined IBM Israel at 19. Ran the bid process for $40M in yearly revenue, from the first contact to the signed contract, coordinating teams across IBM, Lenovo, and international partners — and built small automation tools that made the whole process faster.

People I learn from.
