EntryCall is a video door-entry system for apartments, offices and condos. I was the lead developer for all of the company's apps from 2023 to 2026, and this is the web platform: a micro-frontend system on Remix inside an NX monorepo, with one Redux store shared across four modules. The founder handled the backend.

The web side of EntryCall's smart door-entry system. Residents use it in the browser to answer the door, manage visitors, hand out digital keys, and read building news. Property managers watch and control who gets into one building — or many — from anywhere, with live video and voice from the front door.

Why this exists

A safer, easier way to let the right people in.

The problem.

Old intercoms are blind boxes on the wall. Managers can't tell who came through the door, residents can't see who's buzzing, and every building needs its own special setup.

The answer.

EntryCall is a complete video intercom service for owners, property managers, and tenants — designed to fit each building, with live video, an app, and everything managed from the cloud.

What the platform does

  • Live video & audio calls — See and speak with whoever is at the door, right from your phone — know your visitors and keep your family safe.
  • Digital keys — Hand out entry codes to friends, family, and service workers — including one-time codes for single visits.
  • Face recognition — Touch-free entry for residents — walk up to the door, and it opens. No fob, no code, no contact.
  • Package delivery mode — Couriers scan a barcode at the door and leave packages inside the building — safely, without disturbing anyone.
  • Visitor history — Every call and every visitor is recorded — managers know exactly who came in, and when.
  • One app, many buildings — Property managers run all their locations from one cloud control panel.

Built around the building

Colors, background images, and screen details can be changed per building — so the door screen feels like part of the property, not a generic box bolted on.

EntryCall reuses the building's existing wiring and mounting points — no new holes, no torn-up walls, no weekend of downtime.
