App code: yes, commercial use is allowed under AGPL (network clause: a modified version offered over a network must publish its source). BLOCKER: LICENSE-NOTICE.md says the default k2-fsa/OmniVoice pretrained weights are CC-BY-NC (non-commercial) and its audio tokenizer has separate Boson Higgs Audio 2 / Meta Llama community terms, and the paid commercial licence does not replace those - so paid client work on the default model is not cleared.
Active (pushed 2026-10-07). GPU optional: NVIDIA CUDA or Apple Silicon MPS accelerate; CPU works but slower; Intel Mac is UI-only (needs remote backend). Site says about 8 GB RAM to start; no VRAM figure found. Voice cloning: README and site say clone only with the owner's permission - consent/impersonation legal risk sits with the operator. Contributors sign a CLA to the company.
