Yes for the app code under MIT; the 8 bundled TTS engines/models have their own licences, which were NOT checked and may differ from the code licence — verify the specific model before selling cloned-voice output.
Active (pushed 2026-10-07). Local desktop app; GPU optional (README: LuxTTS ~1 GB VRAM and runs on CPU; other engines' VRAM not checked). Voice cloning 'from a few seconds of audio' — no consent/ethics guidance found in the README, so written consent from the voice owner is the buyer's responsibility.
