Twenty

Open-source CRM with pipeline, contacts, automations and an agent-friendly API.

CRM setup, data migration and custom automations.

CRM implementation is a known, well-paid service. Migration and training are the billable work.

Mixed: AGPL-3.0 for most of the project (with a section-7 'Twenty Application Exception' so apps built on its APIs/SDK are not pulled under AGPL); files marked '/* @license Enterprise */' are under a commercial licence; SDK/CLI/twenty-ui/twenty-apps packages are MIT.

Yes for the AGPL core (network clause applies to modified versions). Files marked @license Enterprise may only be used in production with a valid Twenty Enterprise subscription for the right number of hosts and seats; terms say self-hosted commercial features need a paid per-user licence key.

Active (pushed 2026-10-07). GitHub API shows NOASSERTION because the LICENSE is a multi-licence file. Which features are Enterprise-marked (e.g. SSO) was not enumerated - check before promising them to a client. Self-host via Docker Compose.
