The dollar figures on the slides are backtests or mock dashboards, and the post itself says a backtest is not real. Automating TradingView may conflict with its terms.

MIT plus appended notices (LICENSE file read - standard MIT text followed by an 'ADDITIONAL NOTICE' and 'TRADEMARK NOTICE' saying the licence covers the source only and grants no rights to TradingView software, data or marks; the extra text is why the API reports NOASSERTION)

Risky: the code is MIT, but the README says the project is 'for personal, educational, and research purposes only', that it 'must not be used' for redistributing, reselling or commercially exploiting TradingView data or for automated trading, and that TradingView's Terms of Use restrict automated data collection - not suitable to sell to clients.

Drives the desktop app through the Chrome DevTools debug port and 'internal, undocumented TradingView application interfaces that may change or break at any time'.
