Yes for Pinokio itself under MIT; every app it installs (FaceFusion, etc.) carries its own code and model-weight licence, many of them non-commercial — check each one.
Not archived; last push 2026-09-02. A 1-click launcher: README states scripts 'can run any command, download files, and execute them' — only 'verified' scripts are reviewed by the admin, so third-party scripts are a security risk on a client machine. GPU needs depend on the app installed. Repo description now says 'AI Browser'.
