Restricted: the licence 'does not apply in the European Union, United Kingdom and South Korea' — any use or use of Outputs outside the Territory is unlicensed; elsewhere commercial use is allowed, with a separate Tencent licence required above 100 million monthly active users, an Acceptable Use Policy, a required Notice file, and a ban on using outputs to improve other AI models.
Not archived; last push 2026-06-29. Very heavy hardware: README requires an NVIDIA CUDA GPU with minimum 45 GB VRAM (544x960, 129 frames) or 60 GB (720x1280, 129 frames), 80 GB recommended; FP8 weights save about 10 GB; README links a community 'GPU Poor' fork (HunyuanVideoGP, not checked). In practice this means rented cloud GPUs. Territorial exclusion (EU/UK/South Korea) applies to outputs too.
